Howdy and welcome to planDisney, Brean!
Thank you so much for visiting and leaving a question for us! I hope you're looking forward to your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. I'm sorry you're having issues locating your ticket ID numbers, but I promise it'll all be worth it in the end when you walk through the tunnel into "the World of Yesterday, Tomorrow, and Fantasy."
Let's see if we can't clear up some confusion. If you purchased tickets through the
Disneyland website, they should automatically be linked to your account. First, check under "Tickets and Passes" in the
Disneyland Mobile App or on the website. If you do not see them, locate your confirmation email from Disney, follow the link to "Access Your eTickets" and select "Print E-Tickets" to view your ticket IDs (you don't actually have to print them). This is what you would scan or enter into the Disneyland Mobile App to link them. However, if you purchased a
Disneyland Vacation Package that includes your hotel stay and tickets, you will not receive your tickets until four days before your trip begins.
Will you be visiting the Disneyland Resort soon? I just returned from a trip and had a wonderful time despite the rainy weather. I really enjoyed seeing
Mickey's Toontown open again. The
Indiana Jones Adventure was also recently refurbished and some neat new effects were added. You're going to love seeing Disneyland Park decorated for the
Disney100 Celebration! And make it a point to view
Wondrous Journeys. It has quickly become one of my favorite nighttime spectaculars.
Brean, I hope you are able to successfully link your tickets and that you have a fantastic visit to the Disneyland Resort! Please come by and visit us again anytime! We're here to help.
See Ya Real Soon!
