    Hi, can you confirm if you can exchange counter service credits for snack credits if needed? Thanks

    Hi, Stephen.  The official answer is that you cannot exchange one type of credit for another on the Disney Dining Plan.  Counter service credits are officially only to be used at counter service dining locations for a meal.

    There are guests who have reported being able to use counter service meal credits in exchange for snacks at some locations.  I can only tell you that this would be purely at the discretion of the management at the location, and is definitely not official policy.
