    Are confetti cannons allowed for gender reveals in the park?

    Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney! 

    Revealing your baby's gender at Walt Disney World sounds like a fun and memorable moment! Unfortunately, confetti canons or glitter devices are not allowed in Walt Disney World,  per the park rules. However, there are many other fun ways to conduct a gender reveal.

    I'll share a few fun ideas with you!

    • Ears: You can purchase Mickey Mouse ears and have them embroidered with "it's a girl" and "it's a boy." Take a photo in front of Cinderella Castle with the ears. The best way to ensure the perfect shot is to schedule a Capture Your Moment session in front of Cinderella Castle. You can make your advanced reservation online. Another option is to have a Disney PhotoPass photographer take your picture.
    • Balloons: Purchase a pink and blue Mickey Mouse balloon in the park and take a photo with Mickey. You can Meet Mickey at TownSquare at Disney's Magic Kingdom.
    • Ornaments: Customize an ornament from Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe with "girl" or "boy."
