are there condos or town houses in the park?

Hi, Grace!  There are no condos or townhouses within any of the theme parks, however, you will find that there are several Walt Disney World resorts that offer various sized villas, from studio up to Grand Villas that will accommodate 12 people!

The Disney Vacation Club properties at Walt Disney World all have villas available, even if you are not a DVC member.  The studio villa includes a small kitchenette, but if you go into something a little bigger, everything from the one bedroom villas on up feature a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, jacuzzi bathtub in the master bedroom, a living room and dining room area, and separate bedrooms.  This is a great way for larger families to stay at Walt Disney World, and it's also a great option for extended family and friends to join you!

You can find the Disney Vacation Club properties listed HERE , and you will see that the theming is different in each of them.  You can stay in a sleek, contemporary villa with monorail access; or you could opt for a villa with a view of an African savannah!  There are many options to choose from.

Have a wonderful time planning your vacation!
