Sailing Concierge with Disney Cruise Line is such a treat. One of my favorite perks happens even before stepping onboard, because there’s no assigned port arrival time, so you can check in anytime after the terminal opens. You’ll head to the dedicated Concierge check-in area and relax before boarding, which feels wonderfully calm and exclusive. The only downside is once you experience Concierge, it’s very hard not to want to do it every time!
Since you asked about the
Royal Gathering, character meet-and-greets, and the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, here’s how things usually work. Concierge Guests can email the Concierge Services Team to request reservations for experiences for those harder-to-secure items and it also includes adult-exclusive dining or even a cabana on one of Disney’s private islands. They typically send a welcome email shortly before your 130-day mark, and you can simply reply with your wish list. If your window has already opened, you can contact them right away
by calling or by emailing them (just remember to include your reservation number in the subject line).
One thing I really love about Concierge is how personal the experience feels. On our last sailing, they even checked which wine I preferred so they could try to have it available in the Lounge, and they asked what non-alcoholic drinks we wanted stocked in our stateroom fridge. They also help with dining room seating preferences and any little touches that make your trip feel extra special. And honestly, the interactions with the Concierge Hosts themselves are priceless, since they make you feel so cared for from the moment you arrive.
