We are concierge...what is the difference 0f the 130 days out and 120?

    Hi James,

Welcome to planDisney! Sounds like you have an amazing Disney Cruise Line vacation on the horizon.

One of the great benefits of sailing as a Concierge Guest is the opportunity to book Onboard Activities and Port Adventures early. If you choose to allow the Shoreside Concierge Associate Team to book your activities, a member of the team should contact you in advance for your activity requests then they can begin the booking process 130 days prior to your sail date. If you would rather book activities yourself online through the Disney Cruise Line website, you may begin that process 123 days before your sail date. Previously this date was 120 days, but now Concierge Guests have three extra magical days! For other Guests, the Onboard Activities Booking Window opens based on their Castaway Club status.

Some of my favorite activities include adult-exclusive Beverage Tasting seminars and specialty dining. If you are traveling with your family, don't forget to book the Princess Gathering meet-and-greet for some precious photo ops! Of course, your Concierge stay will include enjoying the exclusive Concierge Lounge.

Once you board the ship, you have the opportunity to enjoy a Concierge-only lunch in one of the Rotational Dining venues. During lunch, you can ask questions and get great tips for making the most of your time onboard from the Concierge Team!

I hope this answers your question, James. Let us know if you have other questions; we look forward to helping you enjoy your time at sea!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Shannon

Hi! I'm a dreamer and doer who loves exploring the big blue world! My love for Disney began at Walt Disney World Resort and after my first Disney Cruise Line vacation I was hooked. I especially enjoy the ships' adult-exclusive spaces and activities while experiencing the magic only Disney can create. A Land and Sea vacation combining an action-packed Walt Disney World Resort visit and a relaxing Disney Cruise Line voyage is my favorite way to do Disney. I can't wait to help you create your magical memories! Learn More About Shannon
