Hiya, Melissa!
Your
theme park tickets to the magic of
Walt Disney World need to be linked to your
My Disney Experience account so that you can make a
theme park reservation. You can do this one of two ways.
If you are on your computer, you'll log into the My Disney Experience button on the right side. Then you'll see the option to
Link Reservations and Purchases. When you click to
Link Tickets or Passes, it will walk you through where to find the identification number on the tickets you have. If you have a confirmation number, that might work as well.
You can do this on the My Disney Experience app, too. In the app, once you open it up, you'll click the three lines at the bottom right. You'll see boxes pop up, and you want the one that says Tickets and Passes. Click that, then the plus sign at the top right. You can either scan the barcode on your ticket, if it has one, or enter the ticket ID number. You should be all set at this point to get into the parks, enjoy that
50th Anniversary Celebration, and make some magical memories with your family.
If at any point in this process, you hit a snag, you are going to want to
reach out to a Cast Member on the phone. I know the phone lines are super busy right now, but if you can call in right at 7 AM when they open or even closer to when they close at night at 11 PM, your wait may be more manageable.
Have so much fun, Melissa!
