Welcome to
planDisney, Jeanette! I’m excited to know that you have plans to visit the
Walt Disney World Resort in less than a month! Thanks for visiting us with your question.
I have been right where you are when it comes to selecting the wrong dates for theme park tickets. I did this just last month, when I was planning a trip for my family for the month of May. First, I suggest logging in to your
My Disney Experience account. Go to “My Plans” to see the tickets linked to your account. If you have the option to “modify” your ticket online, you will see the word in blue. In that case you can click on it to modify the date, to change it to your desired date. If you don’t, you would need to call the resort at (407) 939-5277 to speak to a Cast Member. They will be happy to help you!
It’s important to remember, if the price for the day you want to visit is lower than the price for the ticket you already purchased, you will not receive a credit or refund for that amount. If the price of the ticket for the day you would like to visit is higher, you would have to pay the difference.
Jeanette, once you have your tickets organized the way you want them, there are a few new steps to take before your magical visit. You will need to make a
Disney Park Pass Reservation for each person in your travel party, via your My Disney Experience account. Then you will be all set!
I also suggest you take a look at the
Know Before You Go section of the Walt Disney World Resort website. The section will also tell you about all the health and safety measures in place right now all over the Walt Disney World Resort.
I hope I’ve been able to help! If you have any other questions, we are happy to help you with every step of your
planning, so come back to see us!
Have a
magical visit!
Veronica
