I have 2 complimentary passes valid for 2 parks, 1 per day, issued in 2007. I would like to link these tickets to my disney app but I am having trouble doing so. Would you assist me?

    Hi Diane,

Wow, you've found quite a treasure! It sounds like you were pixie dusted some time ago, and I'm wishing on a star that your Disney dreams will finally be able to come true this summer!

Disney does honor old unexpired tickets with valid days remaining; however, technology and ticket styles have changed so much from 2007 to now, so you'll need a little assistance to use your old tickets. I'd recommend calling (407) 939-1289 to chat with a friendly Cast Member who can speak to your specific tickets and help you figure out how to convert them so that they are able to be linked and enjoyed.

I also want to let you know that in addition to valid theme park tickets, Disney Park Pass reservations are also required for admission to the theme parks. Under the phased reopening, Disney has instituted capacity limitations in the parks to keep Guests and Cast Members safe, so you'll need to make sure you book your reservations to guarantee your spots in the parks. You'll be able to do so once your theme park tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account. Once both those steps are completed, you'll be all set for the magic and fun to begin!

Thanks so much for visiting us at planDisney, Diane, and please come back and see us again if you have any other questions as you're planning your trip. I hope you have a truly magical vacation!
