The quickest and easiest way to compliment a Cast Member is by using your
My Disney Experience app. Click the 3 lines in the bottom right corner, then scroll down to click Cast Compliments under the Help & Feedback section. You’ll be able to submit a general compliment by filling out that form.
If you’re hoping to send a more detailed compliment, I recommend
sending an email via the Help Center on Disney World's website. Choose “Guest Services” for the category and “Comments on My Recent Visit” for the subcategory. By submitting a compliment here, you’ll have up to 2000 characters to provide a more specific response than the form allows on the app.
