Just completed online check in!!! So Exciting!!! With the changes to the website I didn't see a place to request rooms next to two parties we will be traveling with. What is the best way to make that request? All reservations were made together!

    Cierra,

Changes to the website have been a vast improvement, but you are right in that some things are hard to find, or simply seem to have gone away. It is just one of those things we learn to navigate over time.

What I would suggest you do is call the resort directly with the names of the parties. If you go to the resort's page on the Walt Disney World website, go to the "Resort Overview" tab. On the column to the right you will see a general price quote for a room at the resort, then under that a map of the resort, then under that the address and phone number of the resort. I would have looked it up for you, but I did not see what resort you were visiting in your question.

They will probably not GUARANTEE that you will get your request, but I think you will find that they will probably get you all close together. Call as soon as you can, as they start locating rooms about 10 days ahead of time, and the sooner they know, the sooner they can work on your request.

    Have a magical vacation!
