Hello, Jared, and welcome to planDisney!
How exciting! It’s almost time to hug Captains Mickey and Minnie! Your check-in will show a "pending review" status until Disney Cruise Line has reviewed and approved your information. No need to worry if it takes a little longer – you’ll get an email update if there are any issues.
Disney Cruise Line truly shines with its incredible youth clubs! For children aged 3 to 10,
Disney’s Oceaneer Club is the perfect interactive place for fun and adventure. The best part? You don’t have to sign up for any of the activities! After boarding, I recommend stopping by Disney’s Oceaneer Club during Open House to explore the club together before secured programming starts. When you visit for the first time, a youth counselor will review the details you provided during online check-in. When secured programming begins, grown-ups are politely “kicked out,” and the kids take over.
Once onboard, the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App will list all the activities offered during your sailing. My son enjoys looking at the activities with me and deciding which ones he wants to attend. If you click on an activity, it will let you see all the days and times that it is offered. This is very helpful when planning out your days.
Beyond the youth clubs, there are so many fun activities for you to do as a family—like swimming, drawing, trivia, crafts, game shows, movies, and more! My son especially loves the
AquaMouse. The pool area tends to be less crowded on embarkation day in the early afternoon or later in the evening.
If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out. Wishing you smooth sailing and endless magic!
SEAS the adventure!
