Hi there, Rush! Welcome to planDisney.
I'm thrilled to hear that you're planning a magical vacation at
Walt Disney World Resort! Thankfully, all of the information you need to plan a visit that's practically perfect in every way is available online. Rush, I'd love to help you plan your upcoming trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth!
- First, I'd suggest heading to the Vacation Planning page! Click "Get Started," then select a few dates that may work for your travel party. This will help you get a ballpark idea of how much your trip may cost for each Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Then, you can make adjustments to your dates and resort to see how the price would change!
- When possible, I would suggest traveling when there isn't a holiday, since this can affect price, availability, and crowd levels in the parks.
- Though Guests can visit the parks in as quickly as a few days or as long as a couple of weeks, I would recommend planning for at least one park per day, plus a break day in the middle of your trip. This break day can be used to visit Disney Springs or one of the water parks! And if you really want to make the most out of every magical minute, you could even plan to start and end your trip at Magic Kingdom Park – giving you an extra day to experience all there is to see and do.
- You can view information for all of the parks (and water parks) online, including park maps, rides, and attractions! Feel free to check out everything offered at Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. Additionally, you can view information for Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, too!
- Whenever you book your vacation package, be sure that you make your theme park reservations with the Disney Park Pass system. This is an important step to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip!
Since the price of your vacation will vary greatly depending on your Disney Resorts Collection hotel, the time of year that you're visiting, park tickets, and other items, the best tip I can recommend is to pick a few dates that may work for your travel party and begin to build your trip. You'll be able to select your dates, Disney Resorts Collection hotel, and tickets, then add these items to your cart. From there, you can modify your cart to make changes and make sure that it's the exact right fit for you!
