Ahoy there, Shelly!
Shelly, your
Disney Cruise Line vacation will be here before you know it, and it's a great thing to plan ahead, especially when it comes to your
Online Check-In 30 days prior to your departure.
You should be able to check in your son and his girlfriend at your 30-day window. If you are in the same cabin, you will need a photo of each of their passports and a "selfie" type of photo. That second photo will be used as their ID, so you want a photo from the shoulders up, only one person in the photo, and the person in the photo looking straight forward. You'll be selecting a port arrival time (PAT) for your cabin, so there won't be any coordination needed, and the QR codes will be available all together. You can print out one page, and it will have all of you listed with your codes.
If your son and his girlfriend are in a different stateroom on your
ship, you would need their login information and reservation number to check them in. You can still coordinate port arrival times, although your QR codes will be on different pages.
Shelly, port arrival times are in 15-minute increments from about 11 AM. If you are in different staterooms and end up with two different times, choose ones that are back to back. That way, you can still check in at the port at almost the same time - one at the end of their window, one at the beginning of theirs - and go in together.
I hope this helps get you shipshape and ready for smooth sailing!
Anna
