Compare staying at Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites - Waterpark offsite to Caribbean Beach Resort? Last trip we stayed at Art of Animation. Looking for something budget friendly & a different experience.

Hi Tara and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! The Walt Disney World Resort has 25 different resort hotels to choose from, all of them offering a different theme and overall experience. No matter where you choose to stay, you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve heard some great things about the renovations at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. My family and I had the pleasure of staying there last year, just after the rooms were renovated and we were not disappointed. Our room was comfortable, spacious and fabulously modern and tropical in theme. The pirate themed rooms are also so fun for the kids!

The Fuentes del Morro Pool has two waterslides! Younger Mousketeers can enjoy the shipwreck play area nearby with its mini slides and crow’s nest. If you’re looking for a quieter place to sit poolside, there are five other pools on the property, one in each village, for you to unwind.

Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort boasts a Southwestern theme with an amazing pool, complete with a 50-foot replica of a Mayan pyramid! This resort is undergoing a refurbishment now but it should be completed soon. The rooms have already been given a more updated look. The best part about this resort is the incredible Lost City of Cibola pool with a 123-foot-long water slide.

Tara, these moderate hotels I’ve mentioned offer lots of recreation, but the best part of choosing a Disney Resort hotel are the benefits you can enjoy as a guest. Everything you need for a magical stay is included!
