can we use command hooks to hang a wreath on the entry doors to the state rooms

    Ahoy, Donna!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It is always wonderful to assist a fellow Georgian with cruise plans!
There are so many fun details when planning for your Disney Cruise vacation! Adding some pixie dust to your stateroom door is definitely one of them! I started the tradition of decorating our stateroom door about five or six cruises ago because my kids always loved to wander down the hall and see all the magical displays by other Guests. Now, they love helping me decide on designs prior to cruising and placing our decor on the door once we are aboard. They also enjoy being able to spot our stateroom from down the hall!
Since many cruisers like to partake in this cruise tradition, Disney Cruise Line has set some guidelines so the stateroom doors do not get damaged in the process. The only way to attach something is with magnets, so your wreath would need to be held up with a magnetic hook to be considered acceptable. In the past, I created a flat wreath made up of Mickey Mouse heads that went around our porthole room number sign on the door. I used the larger, stronger magnets to hold it up, and it worked out perfectly! It was also easy to pack since it was flat and laminated.
Thank you for your question, Donna! Please let us know if we can assist you further.
    Have a magical day!
