Hi Greg!
Walt Disney World does an amazing job at accommodating guests special dietary needs. I was at the Yachtsman Steakhouse this week and one of the guests in our party was vegetarian. They made a special vegetarian meal for her that wasn't even on the menu.
I suggest you do a few things to ensure you have your special dietary needs met.
First, you should definitely mention the food allergies when you make your Advanced Dining Reservation (ADR). Ensure that the notation of the food allergy is on every ADR.
Additionally, I suggest you visit the
Special Dietary Requests page on the Walt Disney World site. You can email Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com to request a list of the foods that are gluten-free throughout the parks. You can also ask about specific options that are gluten and casein-free.
When you arrive at the dining location, ask to speak with the chef to ensure the dietary needs are noted and that you order food that agrees with their diet.
They will ensure to provide a tasty option that meets their needs.
Magically,
Stacy
