Hi all. We are coming in this weekend and were looking for somewhere besides the ESPN Zone(too crowded) to watch the games.Any good ideas. We were planning to go to Epcot that day. The Jets are my husbands favorite team and he really wants to watch. Thanks

    Let's go Jets!

I have taken several trips to Walt Disney World during the winter football playoff season. You are correct that the ESPN Zone will be hopping during any big game. But if that's not your cup of tea (or pint of beer), then you have plenty of other options. In my experience, during big games, virtually every TV in any public space will be tuned to football. This means that all of the TVs in the hotel bars and lounges will be tuned to the game -- including the bars next to the resort pools.

As a first step, I would see if the bar at your hotel will be airing the game. This may make it easier for other family members. If you're looking to stay near Epcot, there are bars at the Yacht and Beach Club and Swan and Dolphin that all have TVs, snacks, and drinks. You can pull up a chair at any of them.

And you can tell your husband that the Jets have lots of support in my house too. My 10-year-old daughter's teacher told the class that if the Jets win, they'll have no homework next week. I'm thinking the cheering here is going to be pretty intense. :-)

    Good luck!
