Hi Gail!
I'm so excited that you are visiting
Walt Disney World in November with your six grandchildren! You all are going to make memories that last a lifetime! My kids still talk about the trip we took with my mom when they were little. I know they will treasure that trip in their hearts forever.
The
Walt Disney World calendar provides the park hours, firework show times, parades, events, and attractions under refurbishment. The calendar is typically updated 60 days in advance. Therefore, I would anticipate the park hour and fireworks showtimes for November to be released in September.
In the past, if the park closes early, fireworks do not occur on that night. As such, if the park closes at 6 pm, most likely there will not be fireworks that evening. However, this is speculation, and confirmation of the park hours and showtimes will be confirmed on the Walt Disney World website closer to the 60-day mark.
Since you are visiting the parks with little ones, I suggest reviewing the
Planning for Preschool Kids & Little Ones Guide. You can also visit the
attractions page and filter by height or age to find the attractions your grandkids will enjoy the most. I suggest checking out
Dumbo the Flying Elephant and
Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.
I hope you have a magical vacation!
Magically,
Stacy
