    We are coming to WDW in May and noticed that we can check in online 10 days prior to our arrival. We will be arriving before 3pm, so we want to go straight to the park. How we would get our tickets if we don't check in at the hotel?

    Hi, Angela! Online check-in doesn't take the place of going to your resort; it just makes the process faster once you arrive there.  Starting ten days before your arrival, you are able to go online and confirm your check-in information. Then, ANYTIME the day when you arrive at your resort, there will be a separate line for Guests who have completed online check-in.  This expedited process is a terrific time-saver.  Even if it's before three o'clock, you will receive your welcome package, Key to the World cards (room key, park tickets, and dining plan card, if applicable), and other pertinent information.  After this quick stop at your resort, you will be ready to hit the parks!
