Hi Moms!! We are coming to WDW in may 2013 and we have the Disney Dining Plan. Do you know of any good Character Dining for young boys who will be 7 & 5, i can see plenty for girls with the Princesses but the 2 boys wouldnt be impressed with that?

Welcome to the Mom's Panel, Emma!  Congratulations on your 2013 Walt Disney World Vacation!  As a mom of three boys and a set of twins that are seven-years-old, I can definitely assure you that there are many dining locations at Walt Disney World that are perfect for young boys!  Our favorite Character Dining Experiences are 'Ohana's Best Friends Breakfast at Disney's Polynesian Resort featuring Lilo, Stitch, Mickey and Pluto and Chef Mickey's at DIsney's Contemporary Resort which features Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Pluto and Minnie Mouse. Please know that Character appearances are subject to change. Our favorite Non-Character Dining Experiences for boys include T-REX Café at Downtown Disney and Whispering Canyon Café located in Disney's Wilderness Lodge. T-REX Café features life-size animatronic animals in a Prehistoric-themed setting; whereas, Whispering Canyon Café is a rowdy, family-style restaurant right out of the Old West, serving hearty dishes while offering pony stick races for the kids! I hope this helps!  Please feel free to write me back if you would like any additional dining recommendations or have any other questions that I can assist you with. Best wishes for a Magical 2013 Trip, Emma!
    Happy Planning,
