Hello! We are coming to WDW in March. I am working on planning our meals and noticed the menus at many places are seasonal. When will they have their "spring" menus posted? Thanks for your help!

    Hi Jacob,

The one thing I love about eating at the Walt Disney World Resorts is the freshness of the foods. This is because the chefs love to take the products that are in season and use them in their dishes. However, this does not always go well if your favorite food is pumpkin ravioli and you are traveling in March. Oops this is your vacation and not mine.

When looking at the menus, the chefs usually keep the same proteins but switch the sides or the method of cooking to be in season. I am not sure if March is considered winter or spring at Walt Disney World. However, I would check menus at the beginning of February.

Also, a little digging to past menus will help decide what foods will be offered at your favorite dining experiences.

    Have a delicious vacation!
