I will coming to WDW in June. I will traveling with my 2 young grandchildren and some friends with their grand kids. Is it best to use a debit card or cash? Should we purchase our tickets in advance or when we get there? We will be staying at Port Orleans

    Wanda,

I suppose the choice to use cash or credit is a personal one.  I rarely use cash in my day-to-day life so I prefer not to at Disney either.

Your resort key card is called a 'Key to the world' and we like using it as such.  You can place a credit or debit card number on file with the resort when you check in, and they will attach charging privileges to your room.  You can then use one card for your room key, park ticket, and method of payment.  That works for me!

You will have a chance to review your room charges before check-out, and your card will be charged the lump sum at that time.

    Have a great vacation!
