We are coming to WDW in July2017, we have booked a 2 bedroom villa at Key West. My wife is disabled. As the villa is not disabled and we wish to keep the family together rather than split everyone up. Can we hire/rent a disabled toilet/ shower seat.

    Welcome Graham!

You are going to love Disney's Old Key West Resort! This peaceful, beautiful, sprawling Disney Vacation Club Resort feels like you have traveled to a sleepy beachside town, Conch Flats. With its tropical music, delicious dining options, shimmering pools, and convenient location, you might not want to leave after your unforgettable vacation.

All Disney Vacation Club Resorts do offer accessible Villas in limited numbers. If you did not specifically reserve an accessible 2-Bedroom Villa at the time of booking, you might be able to amend that with a quick phone call. If you are a Disney Vacation Club Member, call Member Services at 800-800-9800 to speak with a Cast Member. If you are not yet experiencing "Vacations you never outgrow" with DVC Membership, call Guest Services at 407-W-DISNEY or 407-934-7639 to check availability. This would be the best option for you.

I'm sorry to share with you that I do not know of any rental companies that offer safety equipment for the bathroom area of your Villa.

I hope that is helpful, Graham. Please come back and visit us with any other questions!

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Sally
