Hi, We coming to WDW from 6/16-6/23 for our Honeymoon and my DS first time ( he's 4) we are staying at POR Riverside, What is the best building to request, that is by the main pool and a bus depot, we did not book a prefered room. Thank You.

Hi Jessica! What a magical trip this will be for your family!

The Port Orleans Riverside Resort has two areas: the elegant Magnolia Bend mansions or the tranquil Alligator Bayou buildings.  I tend to prefer the Old South luxury of the Magnolia Bend area, which is also fairly convenient to the main areas. In Magnolia Bend, the Acadian House and Magnolia Terrace buildings are close to the bus depots and the 'Ol Man Island swimming pool. The rustic Alligator Bayou buildings are more secluded and many people love the quiet relaxing atmosphere. In Alligator Bayou, the most convenient of the non-preferred room buildings are 16 and 17, which are near a quiet pool and not too far from the main areas of the Resort.

Wishing you a magical marriage! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions!
