    Coming to WDW over Halloween 2012 w/ DH & DS2 & wondered if MNSSHP is the only way that Disney celebrates on the actual day, Oct 31? Staying at POFQ & wondered if they do anything & if they do, when will they have that on schedule? Downtown

    Hi Russel! Halloween happens to be one of my favorite holidays, and one that's most looked forward to at the Disney theme parks. The theming throughout the theme parks is amazing and Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is THE fall event at Magic Kingdom! On Halloween day, there are several more activities added to the mix. Downtown Disney offers Trick or Treat activities through many of the participating stores in Downtown Disney. This is offered from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. They also offered a Halloween themed dance party and a cute pumpkin patch. There is the Happy HalloWishes fireworks at Magic Kingdom, and a special shows featuring your Disney villains! At the resorts, you can participate in pumpkin carving, and Halloween movies by the pool! These are all noted on your activities guide when you check in to your resort.
