We are coming to WDW for the first time in Nov 2011 we have the free mealplan. I wanted to know how do we know how much to tip with being on the free plan?

Hi, Lisa! When you receive your dining bill, you will see the total price your meal would have cost you if you were not on the Disney Dining Plan. This will help you determine your gratuity (usually between 15 and 20%). You will pay for the meals in Disney Dining Plan credits and pay for any extras (like alcoholic beverages or appetizers, etc...) and the gratuity out-of -pocket.  There is often a suggested gratuity amount at the bottom of the bill that calculates different percentages for you.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
