we are coming to WDW for the first time in June 2009 with 2 kids age 6 and 14 was wondering how long does it takes to get through each park? or how many days to devote each park?

It's really hard to say how much time your family might need at each park, or how long it might take you to get through the parks.  In June, you may find that with kids getting out of school and more families traveling to Disney World, it may take you a little longer to see everything you wanted to see.  We usually allow one full day at each park, which allows time for our 17 year old to do some of the attractions our 7 year old is too young for.  We can sometimes get through Disney's Animal Kingdom a little quicker, so we'll hop over to either the Magic Kingdom or EPCOT with the extra time.

If you schedule permits, you might want to devote an extra day to the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT.  There is so much to do at all of the theme parks, but my family usually spends more time at both of those parks to see everything we want to see.
