We are coming to WDW during February vacation...we have never stayed in Disney this time of year before. Anyone suggestions in terms of packing for that time of year? With flying these days you have to be careful with how much you pack...Thanks!

Welcome to the Mom's Panel, John! February is a great time to visit Walt Disney World! We have had a very mild winter here in the South and the weather this month is shaping up to be pretty perfect for a Disney vacation! The average highs in February usually run around 72 degrees and average lows around 48 degrees. I just looked up Orlando's weather forecast for the next two weeks on accuweather.com and the average highs will be in the 70's. I would definitely suggest checking the weather forecast a little closer to your arrival date. You will probably be comfortable in pants and short sleeved shirts during the day, needing a jacket or sweatshirt for when the sun goes down. The pools at the Walt Disney World Resorts are heated year round so you may want to pack swimsuits. I hope this information helps! Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for your upcoming trip. It will be here before you know it! Best wishes for a Magical Walt Disney World Vacation!
