I am coming to WDW 1st. of Dec., want to see all the Christmas Decorations that are up. Where would the best resorts, with the most decorations at that time. Linda

By December 1, all the WDW parks and resorts will be fully decorated. Every resort has some special finery for the holidays, but here are some of the highlights:

Grand Floridian: Nearly life-sized gingerbread house.

Beach Club. Carousel made of gingerbread.

Wilderness Lodge. GIANT tree with wilderness-themed ornaments, plus the coziest fireplace at WDW.

    Animal Kingdom Lodge. African ornaments.

Fort Wilderness Campground. This is not on most lists because most of the decorations are not provided by Disney. However, many of the campers at Fort Wilderness put up elaborate decorations on their sites. So festive and fun and to see what they've come up with.

If you'd like a sneak preview of some of the decorations, you might want to check out the Travel Channel TV Show "Samantha Brown's Disney Holidays." It gets repeated on the Travel Channel fairly often, but it is also available for about $2.00 iTunes (as are several other shows about Disney Travel).

Have a magical holiday at WDW!
