We are coming to WDW 0419-0426 for my DH 40th b-day. There is a group of 7 and I would like to make reservations at a restaurant that would accomodate ages from toddler to teenagers to adults that is reasonably priced. Any suggestions?

Hi, Deb!  What a great way to celebrate turning 40 - I hope your husband has a very happy birthday!

There are SO many great restaurants to choose from, and the best thing about Walt Disney World is that so many of the great restaurants are toddler/teenager/adult friendly!  Boma at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is one of my favorite restaurants anywhere, and since it's an all you can eat buffet, it can be pretty economical.  I usually skip lunch with my kids the day we eat at Boma, since it's such a big meal, but the variety and selection of items here is phenomenal.  You'll find kid friendly mac and cheese and chicken tenders usually on the buffet, and for the more sophisticated palate, you'll find more grown up dishes prepared with some African flavors.  YUMMY!

'Ohana is another of my family's favorite restaurants.  If you time it right, you may be able to see the Wishes fireworks during your dinner!  Another all you care to eat restaurant, your meal is served family style here, and there is usually some type of activity - hula hoop contests or coconut races - for the children.

You might also find that even the grown ups in the party wouldn't mind a character meal.  They can be a lot of fun, even for adults!  Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom is a great buffet, and my girls really love the Garden Grill at EPCOT.

Best wishes again to your husband on his 40th birthday!
