Hi, we are coming to WDW August 14-25, 2012. Is there both quick service and table service restaurants that provide the choice of whole grain bread, whole grain rice, whole grain pasta, etc..? We are there for 11 days and hope to eat healthy. Thank you.

Hi Terri! Lucky you planning an 11 day Disney vacation! Disney continuously makes changes to their menus, offering up more and more healthy choices. Salads, fruit slices, seasonable vegetables, veggie burgers etc. are offered as options to the more traditional hamburgers and fries. Always ask if you don't see what you're looking for, or for a substitution, and they will accommodate you wherever possible. To eat healthier, we usually have breakfast in our room, with fresh fruit purchased at the resort and whole grain bars from home. Check out the AllEars (dot net) website, where they list current menus. This should help you decide best places to eat for your family. You'll be pleased to see you can always pick up healthy snacks, either in the theme parks or the resorts.

Write back with any other questions as you plan your vacation Terri!
