Heigh-Ho Jill,
Welcome to planDisney and congratulations on your cheerleader's team bid to Nationals. Being a former cheer parent I can completely relate to all the travel information you will receive during this time. It can be a bit overwhelming. I highly suggest you contact your cheer gym or team parent for information about what discounted offers are being offered for Walt Disney World tickets and how to purchase your Spectators tickets for competition viewing. The Varsity Cheer site, also, has a lot of information in regards to this as well. In the past, our Cheer Gym would hold an information session so any and all questions could be asked.
One thing I want to stress is as soon as you can purchase your Walt Disney World tickets do not wait until the last minute to make
Disney Park Pass reservations. In order to enter any of the four Walt Disney World Theme Parks, Guests now need to make a Disney Park Pass reservation. After
linking your Walt Disney World tickets to your
My Disney Experience account you will next view the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar and then make your Disney Park Pass reservations. Your reservations can be modified and canceled online through your My Disney Experience or on the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Start gathering information now and become comfortable navigating your My Disney Experience app, this is your vacation hub.
Feel free to reach out with any further questions and much Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust on the upcoming competition. May your cheerleader’s team HIT and perform with Zero deductions.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
