We are coming to Walt Disney World in September, 2018, less than a month away! Are these manatees in Epcot? If so, do you know when they feed? We've visited Epcot before but never the Seas tanks. We are looking forward to seeing what is there.

    Hi Kathy!

Although we love all of the attractions at Epcot, we always have to ride on The Seas with Nemo & Friends where you can see many of the amazing aquatic creatures that call The Seas with Nemo & Friends Pavilion home, all while on an adventure to find Nemo!

When you exit the ride, you will be able to explore SeaBase where you can see even more incredible creatures!  Not only are there sea turtles, dolphins, rays, sharks, and even a "Hidden Mickey" in the aquarium, there are also manatees!  The manatees are fed continuously throughout the day, so even if you don't see them right away, you can expect to see them soon!

Since they are in their own tank, there are two viewing areas from which you will be able to see the manatees.  There is a viewing area on the main floor of SeaBase where you will get an underwater view of the majestic creatures and a viewing area on the upper level where you can view them from above!  If you would like to watch them eat, I highly recommend the upper level viewing area for the best viewing experience!

If you get hungry while visiting The Seas with Nemo & Friends Pavilion, make sure you check out Coral Reef Restaurant where you can dine on scrumptious food while enjoying spectacular views of a living coral reef and all of its inhabitants!  You may even see Mickey Mouse scuba diving to visit his underwater friends!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
