We are coming from Universal to stay at Disney for 3 days. If I do online check in can I get into my room before 3 p.m.?

    Hi Cindy,

While online check in is great, it doesn't really impact whether you can get into your room early.

Early room access is completely dependent on availability. I often take a very early flight to Orlando which gets me to my hotel around 10am. About half the time there is a room available, and I'm able to get in right away, regardless of my online check-in status. This is simply because there had been a vacant room available. If they have a room, they'll give it to you, even early in the morning.

If your room is not ready in the morning, you're welcome to leave all your luggage with the Bell Services desk at your hotel. They'll hold your bags in a secure location while you go off to enjoy the fun in the parks. I've done this dozens of times with great success.

Please let us know if you have additional questions. We're happy to help.
