    Hi we are coming from the UK just in time for the release of the new Star Wars film(dec15) will we be able to see it and will there be any other celebrations for it? My 6yr old wants to be a stormtrooper when he grows up!!

    So glad to see that you're thinking ahead for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. While I can't say for sure, I'm willing to bet that the AMC Movies at Downtown Disney 24 will be showing Star Wars Episode 7 for legions of devoted fans like you (and me too)! I would suggest attempting to purchase tickets online for the date of your choice prior to arrival or visiting Downtown Disney as soon as possible to purchase tickets for a showing during your stay. With the popularity of this film, it's likely that shows will be sold out early.

    Regarding any celebrations associated with the release of Star Wars Episode 7, I'd suggest staying tuned to the Disney Parks Blog as the release gets closer to see if there will be any festivities going on while you're here in the States.
