    Hi moms another ? ! As we are coming from uk. and have booked thru a TA, can we still fax our hotel to request room pref? If so any suggestions for CSR? Many thanx once again.

    Hi Yvonne,

    Yes you're still able to fax your room/building request even though you've booked through a travel agent. Just be sure to write your full name, arrival date and the travel agent you've used, for example I know Virginholidays give you their own code so include that too. I suggest you fax Coronado Springs about 3 to 4 days before your arrival, their number is 001-407-939-1001.

    As for where to request, remember it is just a request not guaranteed, I suggest you look at a map of the resort. If you Google CSR map one should come up. As you'll see the resort is pretty big, to be close to both the main building and the main pool the best buildings are Cabanas 9B and 9A. To be close to just the main building then Casitas 1, 2 and 3 are your best bet.

    When my family and I stayed at CSR we were put in Ranchos 7A, literally the furthest building away from the main desk. I was a bit worried at first but it was only about a 7-8 minute stroll to the main building and internal shuttles ran constantly. We actually really liked the location as it was so quiet, reasonably close to a bus stop and we often had the quiet pool there all to ourselves.
