We are coming 2-10-09 for our twin's 4th B-day. I want to do something special with my daughter while my husband does the same with our son. Looked into the princess tea party @ Floridain but think $260+ is too extreme for 1 hour. Is there other suggestion

Hey Sandra!  Have you considered the BBB for your little princess and perhaps the Pirate League for your son.  They would both be so precious dressed up like a princess and a pirate.  (There are actually videos on our website about these two attractions.) If you only had one little one celebrating a birthday I would still recommend the tea party, but with two I really think you should consider these two suggestions.  I truly think this would be your best alternative.
I hope the suggestion helps and that you have the most magical WDW vacation in 2010.  If we can help with anymore of your planning needs, please come back and visit us at the Mom's Panel.
