    We are coming for the 1st time 5/24 (land 1pm) - 5/29 (depart 6pm). We are a family of 3 (girl 5). We are staying at the Contemp. My daughter likes all the characters, but especially the Princesses. We are not early am people. Where do I start?

    Stacy,

    My wife and I are not early AM people either. For our trip with our two princesses we plan as many of our big event meals at dinner instead of breakfast. That is what made me always love Restaurant Akershus, where you can see the princesses at dinner. Fortunately now you can see the princesses at dinner as well as Cinderella's Royal Table (used to only be there for breakfast and lunch).

    As to what park to hit on what day, here is what I would do;

    • May 24 - Arrival Day
    • May 25 - Magic Kingdom
    • May 26 - Animal Kingdom
    • May 27 - Magic Kingdom
    • May 28 - Epcot
    • May 29 - Hollywood Studios
    With a 5 year old, you may even consider skipping Epcot for the next visit, and take a third day at the Magic Kingdom. The loss there is you would not get to visit Restaurant Akershus.

    So write me back with whatever daily schedule you think best matches your plans. Then we can work on dining plans, if you wish. Just let me know what kinds of dining (table vs. quick service) and cuisine likes/dislikes you might have.

    Have a magical vacation!
