Coming 8/2- staying 8days-park hopper plus water for 6 days. Thought we would spend 2 days at hotel pool. Can we go to water park on a day that we are not going to another park?

Hi, Kevin! Your vacation will be here before you know it because August is not far away now.  Yes, you certainly can go to a water park on a non-theme park day.  In fact, this is exactly what my family and I do!  We arrive at the water park (Typhoon Lagoon is our favorite) at opening, grab a great location, hit the slides or pool, and make an entire day of it! We don't leave until the park closes.  Water parks are tiring in the best possible way, and we don't often pair them with a theme park visit in the same day.  While it's certainly possible, we're just usually too wonderfully exhausted to do so. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
