Hi, we are coming from Orlando. This is our 1st time in Disneyland, and I noticed Walt's Disneyland tour.. and as big fans.. we can't pass that up. How early should a tour be booked? We will be there in 20 days. Thanks for the help. :)

    Hello Olivia,

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope you are having a Silly Symphonies day.

I'm thrilled for your first trip to The Happiest Place on Earth! You are going to Walt's original theme park so the history and magic, in and of itself, is something to take in. The "Walk in Walt's Disneyland Footsteps" Guided Tour is amazing. It is about 3 hours long; however, you will learn about Disney's history, tales, and challenges of when Walt built the Disneyland Resort from the ground up. You also get a tour of Walt's apartment and then end with a lunch. Guided Tours can be booked up to 30 days in advance. This is a very popular Guided Tour, so I do suggest you make your reservations by calling 714-781-TOUR as soon as possible.

Be sure to stop by Guest Services and get a free "First Visit" button to wear during your trip; Cast Members that see the button in the parks will be sure to send warm wishes throughout the day.

I hope you enjoy the "Walk in Walt's Disneyland Footsteps" Guided Tour! If you have any more questions, please visit us here and let us know how we can help you plan your magical vacation.

    Wishing you magic!
