Hi Tessa,
You'll be at The Most Magical Place on Earth in just a few short weeks! Are you SO EXCITED? If you need any advice about packing or counting down the days until the magic and fun begin,
planDisney has you covered!
I'm sorry to hear that between the time you purchased your tickets and were able to pick them up and link them to your My Disney Experience account, Disney Park Pass reservation availability changed. While yes, it is possible that other Guests will change their plans and some reservations could open up, there's currently no option to add your name to a waitlist. I'd encourage you to check the
availability calendar frequently to see if anything opens up at Magic Kingdom Park.
One other option you do have is to add the
Park Hopper option to your tickets. While it's
possible that some parks won't be available to hop to due to capacity limitations, my friends who have been since the ability to park hop returned have reported no issues with being able to hop around. You may want to wait to add the Park Hopper option until you can confirm that you'd be able to head to Magic Kingdom Park after 2 PM, but it's another thing to consider if
Magic Kingdom Park is a must-do for you and you're not able to find Disney Park Pass reservation availability.
Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney, Tessa, and please come see us again if we can help with anything else. I'm sending pixie dust that everything will work out perfectly for you and you have a truly magical vacation!
Missy
