We are coming in October and staying at Swan. Please tell us about Fantasyland in MK and what we should do/eat. We have 4&9 year old kids.

    Hi Farrah!

How exciting that you will be visiting Walt Disney World in October!

You won't want to miss Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP)! This is a special event held at the Magic Kingdom (you will need to purchase tickets for this event.) The park closes at 7:00 p.m. for all other guests and then those with tickets to MNSSHP can enjoy trick or treating, dressing up in costumes, dance parties, Boo to You Parade and Hallo-Wishes. You can even enjoy meet and greets with special Disney characters not normally present in the parks!

The new Fantasyland is amazing! Your kids won't want to miss riding the new Dumbo The Flying Elephant attraction in the Storybook Circus area. They will also love splashing in the Casey Jr. Splash 'N' Soak Station, riding The Barnstormer and hopping on the train. The new Enchanted Tales with Belle experience in The Enchanted Forest is a must see! When we were there just a few weeks ago, this quickly became my kids favorite attraction! Kids can even become a part of this experience by playing a part in the story. Ariel's Grotto is open, as well as Under the Sea - Journey of Little Mermaid.

Once you reach 180 days prior to your reservation, make sure to make a reservation at Be Our Guest Restaurant, which is the brand new dining experience in The Enchanted Forest. This is the Beast's Castle and the theme is amazing!

Kids will also love dining with Winnie the Pooh at The Crystal Palace and dining in the real Cinderella Castle! Call 407-WDW-DINE to book.

    Magically,
    Stacy
