    We are coming for a 10 night visit but arrive in the middle of the night on our arrival date Aug17 and will not be using any of our dining plan on that day. Will we be able to use these credits on our day of departure Aug 27?

    Yes.

    The Disney Dining Plan credits are allocated based on the number of NiGHTS of your stay. If you are staying ten NIGHTS with the basic dining plan, each member of your party will receive ten table service credits, ten quick service credits, and ten snack credits. You have until midnight on the day you check out of your WDW resort hotel to use those credits.

    This effectively means that you have eleven days to use your ten nights worth of credits.
