Hi -we are coming next week and staying at a Good Neighbor hotel across from Disney Springs. With all the recent COVID changes, can we still walk over to Disney Springs and take a bus to the Contemporary/Boardwalk and walk to Magic Kingdom/Epcot?

Mapping out my transportation strategy, at Walt Disney World, is something I take great pride in and I love the way you think.  Guests staying in the vicinity of Disney Springs and within walking distance do have the convenience of accessing Disney Bus Transportation. But be cognizant of when the buses roll because Disney Springs operating hours begin later than the four Walt Disney Theme Parks. Buses typically start their routes to the Walt Disney World Theme Parks an hour before opening but Disney Springs begins during operating hours and ends one hour after closing. If this works with your itinerary then go for it, otherwise, call your Good Neighbor hotel for further information regarding information to and from the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Other options include ride-share, which I actually love to use when visiting, or renting a car.

In the meantime, if I can be of further assistance with any further assistance feel free to ask, have a look at our Panel Extras for more vacation tips and check out our Instagram (@planDisneypanel) for more Disney Magic. May your upcoming stay be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
