Hi! Coming in mid June. Going to MK & DHS. Kids 6 & 13. Which resort would you choose? Animation or Coronado Springs and why? Thank you!!

    Welcome back, Jill!

It is so great to see you again.

Jill, you have picked two fabulous resorts for your upcoming stay. Both Disney's Art of Animation Resort and Disney's Coronado Springs Resort are amazingly themed with some fantastic dining and recreation options.

If you are looking for the quickest way to get to the parks in the morning, I would recommend Disney's Art of Animation Resort. While you will still have to take a bus to the Magic Kingdom, you will have quick and easy transportation to Disney's Hollywood Studios on the Disney Skyliner.

If you will be spending any time at the resort or hanging out by the pool, I would recommend that you stay at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. You can not beat The Lost City of Cibola Pool, and I also find that the food options here are one tier above Disney's Art of Animation Resort. Unless you are planning on getting a suite at Disney's Art of Animation Resort, you will also notice that the rooms at Disney's Coronado Springs Resorts are a bit larger, including two sinks, which is a must-have for my family in the mornings.

I hope that this gave you some insight, Jill! Either way, I just know you will have the most magical time.

    See you real soon!
