Hi so I will be coming to Magic Kingdom 12/15 mid day but my off site hotel cant check me in until later in the day and I will have a mid size suitcase. I know there are lockers there but do you have a locker or facility that can hold our luggage?

Howdy, Mara, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with this great question. Your Walt Disney World Resort visit is just around the corner, so let's look at options for storing your luggage while you enjoy the magic.

I'm happy to say that Magic Kingdom Park rents "Jumbo" lockers that measure 17"x 22"x 26" and should accommodate most carry-on suitcases. If your suitcase measures larger than that, I suggest breaking up your items into two smaller pieces of luggage. You could rent a couple of lockers to store them in while you play in the park.

You can review the available locker dimensions and pricing on the Locker Rentals page. Remember that lockers are available on a first-come basis, so my tip is to make that your very first stop. Also, know that you'll go through security before reaching the park entrance and lockers, so you might want to review the property rules before packing.

I checked the calendar for Magic Kingdom Park and wanted to ensure you know that the park will close at 6:00 PM on your arrival day. Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, a special ticketed event, is scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM, but the good news is that the theme park is typically less crowded on party days. Be sure to check out Jingle Cruise; its decorations are jolly, and its jokes are groan-worthy!

Mara, I hope your visit is "packed" with pixie dust and tinsel! Please stop by planDisney anytime.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
