We are coming in July and staying at AKL on the concierge level. I read somewhere that someone from the planning office would call to see if they can help with planning. Is this true and when do they usually call? We are so excited to come to WDW

Hi Laurie! You are going to love staying club level at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge! One the perks of staying in a club-level room is that a member of the resort's Itinerary Planning Office (IPO) will contact you prior to your trip and assist you in obtaining dining reservations or making other plans. My family has stayed club-level at the Animal Kingdom Lodge several times, and while the IPO sometimes contacted us prior to our trip, sometimes they didn't. If your trip has been booked for a while or if you have some arrangements you want to make now, don't hesitate to contact them. Club-level guests of the Animal Kingdom Lodge can reach the IPO by calling 407-938-4755.

When you speak with the IPO, I highly recommend that you book the Sunrise Safari, a private tour and breakfast at the Animal Kingdom park available only to AKL club-level guests. It may seem expensive, but it is a wonderful once-in-a-lifetime experience. (My family liked it so much that we did it twice!)

    Have a terrific vacation!
