    We're coming 12/1 - 12/9 and my info came from 2011 guidebooks. What is the new Be Our Guest Restaurant and where is it? Will it be suitable/enjoyable for 5 and 7 year old boys? On day 180 out is it faster to use online or phone for dining res? Thanks

    Hi Karen, We just got word this week that the new Be Our Guest restaurant will be opening for "holiday 2012." We don't know the exact date yet, but I'm assuming that this venue will be open in December. Be Our Guest will be located in the Beast's Castle which is part of the new Magic Kingdom Fantasyland expansion. The restaurant's menus have not yet been released, but with a location in the most child-friendly part of Walt Disney World, I'm certain that this will be great spot for young boys. As for dining reservations, I can tell you that the online system allows reservation for the next day starting at about 6:00 a.m. EST and the phone reservation system begins at 7:00 a.m. EST each day. So if you want to get a bit of a jump on things, making online reservations makes more sense. Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if we can provide additional assistance.
