Hi, We are coming to Florida in 2011 from the U.K and not staying in a disney hotel. Our resort is very near Downtown Disney, and I wondered if we would still be able to use the transportation from there to the Disney Parks without being a hotel guest?

Hi Charlie! The buses from Downtown Disney run to the Disney World resort hotels, but not the theme parks. I recommend you check with your hotel to see if it offers transportation to the Disney parks, as many of the hotels in that area have a shuttle to the parks. If not, you may want to consider renting a car, which would be the quickest and most direct way for you to reach the parks. Once you're at a park, you're welcome to use Disney transportation to hop to other parks or to the resorts for dining reservations.

Wishing you a magical vacation! Come see us again at the Moms Panel if we can help you plan!
